$10k Reward Offered in Porter Arson Investigation

Wagoner County authorities are offering a reward for the arrest of an individual suspect of starting a fire at a Porter residence.

Deputies with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office are continuing their investigation after fire broke out a residence in the 22500 block of S 365th East Avenue. Officials determined the same day that arson was to blame.

Detectives working the case stated Wednesday that a $10,000 reward is now being offered for any information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible. No suspect description has been provided at this time.

"Foul play is suspected as two dogs and one horse was found deceased at the residence and appeared to have been shot," a previous statement added.

Various fire departments responded to the area to help battle the blaze, including the Porter and Tallahassee Fire Departments. Investigators are continuing to question witnesses and residents for any further information.

"Well we do have some suspects in mind," Wagoner County Sheriff Bob Colbert told KTUL. "I know they know I know, so they know what's coming next."
