41% Graduates Considered "Overqualified" For Current Job
By Mike Massey
It appears a college degree has lost some it's value. A new survey found that many recent college graduates are stuck in jobs that don't require a degree. 41% of those who graduated the past two years are considered overqualified for their current job. Another 11% are unemployed. Many feel that even more training is needed to stand out. Nearly half say they expect to enter graduate school at some point.
