Funeral services have been set for a Tulsa teen killed after falling into a flooded creek.
Family and friends will gather Friday morning to remember 14-year-old Dario Hogan. Services have been set for 10:00 a.m. at Sequoyah Hills Baptist Church in Tulsa.
Crews found his body Sunday morning in Coal Creek near Darlington & Xyler on the city's north side.
Hogan disappeared Saturday around 8:45 p.m. He was with two friends about a half-mile south of Pine near the creek.
At the scene Sunday, Hogan's aunt Kala Hogan, fondly remembered her nephew as an "adrenaline junkie" who loved to bike, and joked that he always got into some kind of trouble.
The sergeant on the scene called Sunday's finding "a horrible tragedy" and said it proves the danger of high water.
The search for Hogan began Saturday night with the fire department's infrared technology via helicopter, search dogs and the volunteered time of Hogan's family and friends.
