It all happened early Monday morning near 11100 East 44th St.
According to arrest documents, 24-year-old Ryan M. Pugh of Tulsa climbed into the ambulance that was there for a medical call.
A paramedic saw him moving the vehicle back and forth in the parking lot. He hit at least one parked car in the process.
Medics and firefighters wrestled him out of the cab and held him until police arrive.
