Alleged Most Wanted Criminal Caught after Police Chase

A police chase ended Friday evening in Tulsa near North Trenton and Admiral Place.

The alleged suspect, David McCollough, was caught after the chase and was one of Tulsa's Most Wanted criminals, police say.

McCollough had been wanted for around a week for an alleged burglary. During the burglary, McCollough is believed to have stolen a truck, and police spotted him in that truck tonight.

Police initiated a pursuit and during the chase, the suspect reportedly drove over tire tracks, popping a couple of tires in the process.

Police say the suspect bailed out of the vehicle near Haskell and Lewis. After a foot pursuit, McCollough was caught.

McCollough was believed to hang out in the area often because there are several abandoned houses where he stays, police say.

McCollough is being held on greater than $90,000 bond.
