Mayes County prosecutors levy new charges against the man known as "Safari Joe".
Joe Matthew Estes was in court again Tuesday. The district attorney has added another count, rape by instrumentation.
Assistant D.A. Marney Hill said this third victim to come forward is over the age of 18.
The law defines instrumentation rape as the use of anything other than a man's penis.
Estes' preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 30th.
He faces additional counts including two charges of lewd or indecent acts to a child under age 16 and two counts of lewd molestation.
Estes' is know in the community as "Safari Joe". He ran Safari Joe's Animal Sanctuary in Adair for years.
Estes took wild animals into schools and places where kids gather. Prosecutors say there's no indication Estes engaged in inappropriate behavior on school campuses.
