Arvest Winterfest Back On Following Weather Woes
Tulsa's downtown winter attraction is ready for visitors once again.
Organizers with Arvest Winterfest said Tuesday that the ice rink is back in shape for skating.
High temperatures last weekend melted the surface and caused the whole event to be canceled.
The BOK center said technicians have worked around the clock to build the ice layers once again.
Winterfest continues today through January 6th. Ice Skating costs $10 per person, $5 with your own skates, or $5 for children 3 & under.
The event offers hot chocolate, live music on certain nights, carriage rides and the state's tallest Christmas tree.
Winterfest celebrates its 5th anniversary this weekend with fireworks and a special holiday market.
