Remains Found In Osage County, Deputies Suspect It Is Missing Man
Osage County Sheriff Deputies say they believe the body of a missing Bartlesville man has been found.
Timothy Hauser, 62, went missing in August after last being seen at the Osage Casino.
The remains were found near Highway 60 in a nearby thicket.
A hunter called deputies Saturday after finding the body near the original crime scene.
Osage County Undersheriff LuAnn Brown tells KTUL.com, said they "thought that would be a possibility when hunting season came, someone might locate him."
Deputies say they are certain the body belongs to Hauser, but are waiting for a medical examiner to confirm.
Trysta Shaffer, 28, and Rusty Petty, 40, were arrested in connection with the crime in August. They were both seen leaving with Hauser at the casino.
Undersheriff Brown says they expect additional charges to be filed in this case.
