According to a study done by Wallethub.com, "With August being one of the top months for home sales, WalletHub compared the 300 largest U.S. cities to determine the ones that are most and least attractive to first-time home buyers." Broken Arrow came out on top.
They measure this by looking into the most and least attractive U.S. cities by first-time home buyers. They were using "17 key metrics, ranging from median house prices and real estate taxes to median home price appreciation and price-to-rent ratios."
Broken Arrow is announced as the top place to look for a home for first-time home buyers. It came in at a #3 for affordability, #34 in the Real Estate market and #4 for its community environment. This all averaged out as the top numbers for potential Broken Arrow First-Time home buyers.
