Cause of Death Released for Alleged Serial Attacker
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has determined the cause of death of Desmond Campbell, the alleged serial sexual attacker of eight women in Tulsa.
The OCME said Campbell died from complications arising from a traumatic brain injury due to blunt force trauma of the head. The manner of death was described as an accident.
The autopsy report from the OCME will be released after the results of the toxicology are complete.
Campbell was injured in a car accident just ten minutes after the last attack on June 29th. He was in a coma before being pronounced dead.
