A cement truck crashed into a tree two miles south of Kansas, Okla. Friday morning just before 8 a.m., resulting in the death of the driver.
Wade Wesley, 41, of Gentry, Ark. was reportedly driving southbound on State Highway 10, when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle then overturned one-half time and struck a tree, coming to rest on the driver's side.
The driver was then reportedly pinned for 39 minutes. He was pronounced dead on scene from massive trunk internal injuries and head injuries and was transported to Key Funeral Home in Locust Grove.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol's report says the man was not wearing his seatbelt.
