Charges Filed Against Teens In Pizza Restaurant Murder

A trio of Tulsa teens now face murder and robbery charges following a Midtown shooting.According to state court records, Jermane Savory, Frankie Jackson, Jr. and Damian Anderson each face one murder charge and one attempted robbery charge. Prosecutors say they are involved in the March shooting death of Robert Horton.Horton, of Arlington, Tex. was in Tulsa on March 23rd with a co-worker delivering supplies to the Papa John's store near 11th and Delaware.Detectives said the three suspects tried to rob the workers, and Horton was shot in the process.All three of the suspects are 17-years-old. State court records do not yet show an arraignment date for them.
