Chocolate Cherry Pie Fondue4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped1 heaping teaspoon of Mascarpone cheese2 ounces cherry pie fillingAdd chocolate to the top of a double boiler set over simmering water.Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly; Be careful notto let the chocolate burn. Fold in the mascarpone cheese. Pourinto a warm fondue pot. Add the Cherry Pie filling and stir gently tocombine. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
