      Chocolate Cherry Pie Fondue

      Chocolate Cherry Pie Fondue

      4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped

      1 heaping teaspoon of Mascarpone cheese

      2 ounces cherry pie filling

      Add chocolate to the top of a double boiler set over simmering water.

      Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly; Be careful not

      to let the chocolate burn. Fold in the mascarpone cheese. Pour

      into a warm fondue pot. Add the Cherry Pie filling and stir gently to

      combine. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
