Cleveland Schools Locked Down After Reported Threat

Schools in Cleveland were locked down after a reported threat was made to the high school.

Officials with Cleveland Public Schools were notified of the threat before noon. The district is located west of Tulsa.

CPS told KTUL that the threat was made on a social media website about a gun being taken to the high school. Officials quickly locked down the high school.

Officers from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol remain on scene investigating. At this time nothing has been discovered.

CPS has locked down all schools in the district. Students are being questioned at this time.

More information is expected this afternoon.
