Closing Arguments For Fatal Fire

PURCELL, Okla. (AP) - Closing arguments are scheduled in the first-degree murder trial of a man charged with killing two children and their mother.
Prosecution and defense attorneys will present arguments to a McClain County jury on Monday in the trial of 30-year-old Shaun Michael Bosse (BOSS-ee). Bosse is charged in the July 23, 2010, deaths of 25-year-old Katrina Griffin and her two children, 8-year-old Christian Griffin and 6-year-old Chasity Hammer.
The Medical Examiner's Office says Katrina Griffin died from multiple sharp force trauma and Christian died from multiple stab wounds. Officials say Chastity died from smoke inhalation and burns after the family's mobile home in Dibble was set on fire.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. If convicted, Bosse faces possible sentences of death or life in prison.
Bosse has pleaded not guilty.
