Courthouse Shooter's Sentencing Postponed

The sentencing of the convicted courthouse shooter has been postponed.

Formal sentencing for the man convicted of opening fire outside the Tulsa County Courthouse has been postponed.

Andrew Joseph Dennehy, 25, was convicted in January for the March 2012 shooting that injured a Tulsa County deputy.

Sentencing was schedule for today, but was postponed due to the weather.

A new date has not been set.

Dennehy is facing up to 20 years in prison.
