COWBOY UP AT THE MASTERS
Oklahoma State University has three representatives in the 2014 Masters at Augusta National. Rickie Fowler had the best day of the three. He fired a 1-under-par 71. He started out fast making birdies on two of his first four holes, but back-to-back bogeys on five and six dropped him back to even. Rickie made birdie on 16 to get to minus-1.Hunter Mahan turned in a first round score of 2-over-par 74. Mahan registered three bogeys and one birdie. Current OSU golfer Jordan Niebrugge found his first trip around Augusta National a difficult one. He had six bogeys and a triple bogey to card a 9-over-par 81.Bill Haas is the overall leader after one round at the Masters at 4-under. Adam Scott, Bubba Watson and Luis Oosthuizen are one back at minus-3.
