The Oklahoma State Cowboys put on full pads Tuesday for the first time this fall camp. Mike Gundy's guys have had to work with a little more urgency this preseason with such a big game to start the year.Of course they'll face SEC opponent Mississippi State down in Houston on August the 31st at 2:00pm on Tulsa's Channel 8. OSU has had five straight days of workouts, but Coach Gundy says the next seven are crucial to their success."We're in a good position right now, but these next seven days is when their bodies go through a transition with the heat and the pads," said Mike Gundy, "They hit each other, they're sore. We have to have good quality practices because we're only two weeks ago from starting to back down. Start to trim practice and start to get ready to play a game." The Cowboys will have a full scrimmage on Saturday.
