The Oklahoma State Cowboys announce Wednesday that they will open the 2014 football season against tradition rich Florida State.
The Cowboys and the Seminoles will face off in "Jerry's World" down in Arlington. Their match-up at Cowboys Stadium on August 30, 2014 will be the fifth meeting between the two programs.
Their last was in the 1985 Gator Bowl. The Noles hold a 3-1 advantage over the Cowboys in the series.
This will be the second straight year OSU will open the season on a neutral site. They are set to take on Mississippi State next year in Houston.
