Woman Dies after Being Struck By Pickup Truck in West Tulsa

?The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 50-year old Mary Rice of Sapulpa, was crossing the street this morning in west Tulsa was struck and killed by 37-year old Brian Davis. Davis was driving in a pickup truck.The accident was reported before 7 a.m. at 3100 W. 21st St.OHP says the woman was crossing the street as she was heading to a tag agency in the area. It was still dark outside and the driver could not see the woman, according to OHP."We don't suspect any alcohol or drugs to be involved with the driver of the vehicle it was just one of these unfortunate accidents that just didn't see her," said Trooper Leonard McMillan.The mother's teenage daughter was with her but she was not hurt. The driver is not expected to be cited.?
