A man is custody accused of shooting his neighbor in a dispute over scrap.

It happened around 6:00pm Monday near 51st Street and 65th West Avenue near Oakhurst.

According to arrest records, James Sawyer led Tulsa County deputies to a man he'd shot in the waist.

The deputy found the gun gun's stock and barrel lying separately nearby.
