The hardest thing about going to a gathering when you're watching your calories is the lack of healthy options. This gives people those options while almost serving as a center piece because it's so darn festive looking. Got some inspiration from THIS recipe. You Will Need:2 cups angel food cake cubed1 3/4 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt3 tbs sugar divided3 tbs Grand Marnier (orange liqueur), divided (you could use OJ)1/2 tsp grated orange rind1 cup strawberries chopped1 cup blueberriesMix yogurt, 2 tbs sugar, 1 tbs of orange liqueur with orange rind.Mix chopped strawberries with 1/2 tbs sugar and 1 tbs orange liqueur. In a separate bowl mix blueberries with remaining 1/2 tbs of sugar and 1 tbs of orange liqueur. Now layer your dish! Angel food cake on the bottom, topped with berries then yogurt, repeat. This taste best after it's rested in the fridge for an hour, but can be eaten immediately. Do this in one large dish or a few small ones for presentation. You could mix this up and use another form of whipped topping if you fancy instead of yogurt! Take out the sugar, use OJ instead of orange liqueur. You could use any fruit really, whatever fits your fancy. Many options!
