Drug Court Worker in Rogers Co. Arrested for Alleged Second Degree Rape

Today the Rogers County Sheriff's Department arrested a Rogers County assistant drug court coordinator for second degree rape.

The suspect, Kelsey Kimblern, was allegedly having a sexual relationship with a man enrolled in the drug court program. The male victim reportedly brought forward the information regarding their relationship through counseling at the drug court.

Sheriff Scott Walton with the RCSO said the investigation into Kimblern began Friday. Walton said the drug court administration immediately got the RCSO involved after the allegations made by the male.

"The Rogers County drug court is a very successful program and well-managed. This is not a negative reflection on the drug court. It's one individual's poor decision," Walton said.
