Event Organizers Need Volunteers For Tulsa's Scotfest
Event organizers say they need volunteers for Scotfest, a Celtic music festival and Scottish Games.
The event is a weekend of authentic Scottish culture, with games, food and drinks, music and dancing September 19th through the 21st.
"This event wouldn't be possible without volunteers and we are so appreciative of their commitment to our cause," said Festival Director Steve Campbell. "It's an opportunity to serve the community but our volunteers also have a great time together enjoying this festival."
Volunteers will get free admission, parking, a drink and a t-shirt. Positions include gate greeters, tent staff, festival setup and Kid's Glen workers.
Daily admission is $10 for adults and children 12 and under get in free. A three-day pass is available for $21. Parking is $5 on festival grounds, which is at River West Festival Park.
