      Megan's Fiber One Cookie Recipe (St. John Health System)

      1/2 Peanut butter

      1/2 cup dark chocolate chip morsels

      1 cup All Bran or Fiber One cereal

      1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp powder sugar (mixed well) - optional

      • In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, melt together the peanut butter and dark chocolate chips.
      • Add the cereal and mix well.
      • Drop onto plate with a tsp utensil.
      • Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder and powder sugar mixture (optional).
      • Refrigerate until hardened and enjoy!

      Nutrition facts: 1 cookie: 50 calories, 3 g fat, 5 g carbs, 1.25 g protein, 1.5 g fiber.
