Tulsa Police are searching for five black males in their early 20s who are believed to have robbed an east Tulsa home early Saturday morning.
The incident occurred on the 2500 block of South 96th East Avenue shortly after 1 a.m., police say. Police say the victim, a 40-year-old female, heard the suspects, all masked and armed with handguns, kick down the door of the residence.
The suspects then entered the residence and split up. Some of them went upstairs, where there were children present. Police say the suspects gathered up the electronics in the home including cell phones and televisions.
One suspect reportedly fired a shot, but there were no injuries.
Police are currently looking for the suspects. One suspect was described as wearing a blue shirt and one had a black hoodie.
