A former Broken Arrow football player accused of robbery is scheduled to be court Wednesday for a hearing.
Devon Thomas is charged with armed robbery and shooting with intent to kill.
A hearing in July was postponed after one of his co-defendants was appointed a public defender.
A lawyer for Thomas said then, he is ready to get the case underway.
Attorney, Steve Hjelm said, "I don't think Devon, had, didn't plan this robbery. He didn't participate in the robbery. He certainly didn't benefit from it. The only thing he's gotten out of this is these charges."
Thomas was supposed to play football for OSU this Fall, but he was cut from the roster after his arrest.
