GMO's Fit Friday Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread

Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread:

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp all spice

1/2 cup olive oil

2 eggs

1 can of pumpkin

1 tsp of vanilla

1 cup of Walnuts

Mix and bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Pumpkin pie spice can be used in place of the individual spices.
