The ORU baseball team was looking for their fifth straight win over a Big 12 opponent Tuesday night as they hosted #21 Texas Tech. They had already beaten Kansas, Oklahoma (twice) and #9 Oklahoma State.The Golden Eagles got a very nice pitching performance from Kurt Gilling. He pitched seven innings giving up just one run and struck out five.The Red Raiders led 1-0 until the bottom of the 6th. That's been Tech tried to turn Jose Trevino's grounder into a double play, but the throw to first gets past the first baseman and Emmaneul Forcier scores to tie the game up at 1.The game would remain 1-1 all the way into the 12th inning. That's when Texas Tech took the led for go. They scored three runs in the 12th and hold on to win 4-1.This is the fourth time this season the Red Raiders have beaten Oral Roberts. ?
