The Wee Little Lambs Christian Childcare center in Grove has been reopened by the Department of Human Services following a judge's ruling.
The center was initially closed after employees of the center were accused of giving the children melatonin to make them sleep during nap time.
DHS also reportedly received information that children at this daycare were receiving inappropriate physical discipline.
The director of the facility, Judith DeVore, cannot go back to directing the facility until issues which forced the closure are dealt with.
DeVore's granddaughter, Chelsea Perryman, will take on her role for the time being. Perryman has served as the facility's assistant director for several years.
