With every thing happening lately in the news, it can be difficult to keep your "holiday cheer".
And that's especially true for older adults.
Seniors can feel lonely and isolated during the holidays following the loss of a spouse or loved ones.
So it's important to reach out and make sure they're staying active and included.
Also, older adults need to accept that help.
