Hugo Double Killing Suspect Turns Self Over to Authorities
State investigators stated a man wanted for the shooting deaths of two people in Hugo has turned himself in to authorities.Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials said Dawaylon "Hog" Rainey turned himself in Sunday at the Choctaw County Sheriff's Office. Authorities were searching for Rainey after an arrest warrant on two first-degree murder complaints was issued.Authorities arrested Rainey for the Aug. 4 shooting deaths of 23-year-old Floyd Devin Clegg and 19-year-old Qualin Hayden. Agents say witnesses reported that Rainey entered an apartment where Clegg and Hayden were visiting a friend and opened fire.Court records do not list an attorney for Rainey.Copyright 2013 The Associated Press.
