A judge will issue a ruling on whether Narconon Arrowhead will have to submit documents relaing to drug and alcohol use by members of its staff.
On Wednesday, a hearing will determined whether a lawsuit against the medical detox center filed on behalf of a woman treated there who is now in a vegetative state following a drug overdose.
According to a report from the McAlester News-Capital, the suit alleges drugs were given to the woman by Narconon staff while she was in the program. The lawsuit was filed in March 2010 on behalf of Heather Landmeier.
A number of lawsuits are pending against Narconon Arrowhead, which has denied any wrongdoing.
Three clients at the center were found dead in a nine-month span in 2012, and another died client died in 2009.
