      Kid Friendly Coleslaw Recipe

      Makers 10 1/2 cup servings

      2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

      3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

      1 tablespoon honey

      1/4 teaspoon salt

      1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

      3 cups shredded cabbage

      Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, salt and pepper in a medium bowl or measuring cup. Place cabbage in

      large bowl, and add dressing to cabbage. Stir well, cover and chill 4 hours before serving.

      These variations add fiber, crunch, and interest to the coleslaw.

      Variation 1:

      2 cups chopped granny smith apples

      6 tablespoons raisins

      3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

      Variation 2:

      6 tablespoons dried cranberries

      3 tablespoons chopped walnuts

      Variation 3:

      6 tablespoons chopped apricots

      3 tablespoons slivered almonds
