A late night pursuit Sunday ended with the arrests of three people.
Around 11:15 p.m. Sunday, a vehicle passed by a Tulsa County deputy traveling approximately 95 miles per hour on Highway 75 near 21st Street.
The deputy attempted to pull over the vehicle but the driver reportedly refused to stop. Eventually, the suspect pulled into a closed gas station on Utica, where the multiple occupants inside the vehicle were arrested.
According to deputies, everyone in the car was intoxicated. The driver was identified as Randall Lewis. He was arrested on DUI (third or more offense) and eluding. The passengers, Curtis Carter and Jamie Starr, were arrested for public intoxication.
