Layered Crab & Mozzarella Fillet with Asparagus

      Serves 2

      • 6 oz Filets
      • 1/2 Bundle Asparagus
      • (1) Small Can Crab Meat
      • 2 oz Mozzarella
      • Olive Oil
      • Kosher Salt
      • Cracked Black Pepper

      Lightly toss asparagus in olive oil, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper. Drizzle Filet with olive oil and season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Thinly slice mozzarella.Cook asparagus using direct heat for 3 minutes, set aside to indirect heat. Sear filet 1-1/2 minutes each side, then lower firebox and finish with indirect heat 10-12 minutes. Layer fillet with crab meat and two thin slices of mozzarella and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Serve over asparagus.

      Total cook time is 12-14 minutes or to desired cook temperature.
