After he allegedly robbed a Walgreens at 1440 South Lewis Avenue shortly before 2 a.m. this morning, Tulsa police officer's arrested Shain Montez Garner.
According to the police report, officer D. Kite saw the suspect enter and exit the Walgreens with a black hooded sweatshirt covering his head and a black cloth covering his face.
The suspect reportedly showed a semi-automatic handgun to employee, demanded money, then left the scene with a bag full of money.
Upon seeing the suspect leave the store, the officer followed and commanded the suspect to stop running.
The suspect continued running and was then stopped by a K-9.
Garner was booked on three complaints, namely robbery with a firearm, and is being held on $52,000 bond.
