Man Arrested For Armed Robbery at a Braum's

Officers responded to a reported armed robbery at a Braums on E. 129th Saturday, Oct. 20.

Roderick Lamont Ruble, 24, was arrested for robbery with a firearm and possession of marijuana, according to Tulsa Police report.

Officers received a report early Saturday morning of a hold up alarm at Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store. According to the report, when officers responded, employees ran out the back and told them the suspect was in the back.

A K-9 search of the restaurant did not reveal Ruble.

The report states that loss prevention services for Braum's noticed on surveillance video that "only one suspect exited the business."

Ruble was discovered hiding behind air ducts after another sweep of the upstairs storage area.

A mask and a BB gun was discovered in the attic area.

Ruble is being held on $101,576 bail bond.
