Man Arrested for Burning Lawn Mower of Brother's Girlfriend

A Sand Springs suspect is in custody after allegedly burning the the lawn mower of his brother's girlfriend and chasing her down with a hammer.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office arrest report says the suspect, Stephan Lee, burned the lawn mower Friday. Saturday morning Lee was still upset and got into an argument with the girlfriend of his brother.

Lee, 39, reportedly chased her down with a hammer, threw her to the ground and busted the windows out of her car. A 5 and 9-year-old witnessed the incident, the report states.

Deputies report they found visible red marks on the the victim's neck and found the lawn mower still smoldering.

Lee was booked on complaints of arson and domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.
