Man Demands Prescription Drugs from Pharmacy

Tulsa Police say an East Tulsa pharmacy was robbed Sunday afternoon.

Sgt. Steve Stoltz told KTUL that a man reportedly walked into the Walgreens at 31st and Garnett with a note demanding prescription pain killers. The note asked for oxycodone and stated the suspect had a gun, although no one saw a weapon.

The man was described as a white male in his 30s or 40s wearing a black knit cap, sunglasses and a dark "Carhart type" jacket with a gray hood.

Tulsa Police were able to get images of him from a surveillance system but have not released them at this time.
