Email Alert About Water Rationing in Broken Arrow Was an Error
The City of Broken Arrow is not in a water emergency.An email alert was sent out via the city's online notification system at 9 a.m. Monday morning saying there was a water main break and mandatory rationing was in effect.City officials say the email alert was sent in error and have posted this message:"Please note that there was a glitch in the City of Broken Arrow web server notification system. There is currently NO water line break and/or water line issue. City of Broken Arrow is under normal water usage and all city parks are operating under their normal schedule. If you received a message from the City of Broken Arrow this morning, you can disregard. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience."
