May Robbery Suspect Booked by Tulsa Police Following Tip
Tulsa Police arrested a May robbery suspect Thursday morning after receiving an anonymous tip.
On May 21, the suspect is believed to have attempted to rob Taco Bueno, which was followed by a robbery at Walgreens. Police say Chayne Easky, 27, demanded cash from a Taco Bueno manager on May 21 but the manager did not comply.
The suspect then reportedly left and went to Walgreens, where Tulsa police say the he demanded Xanax and Dilaudid. The pharmacist gave him a bottle of Alprazolan.
After TPD received a tip yesterday, police arrested the male because he matched the suspect description and his vehicle matched the vehicle description. Police say Easky confessed to both robberies.
Easky was booked on two counts of robbery by force or fear, and his bond was set at $100,000.
