A McAlester High School student and football player was charged with the alleged rape of an underage girl.According to court documents, 18-year-old Joshua Peckio, lineman for the Buffaloes, was charged with four counts of first degree rape.The grandmother of two teenage girls found out that they had been having sexual intercourse with Peckio, according to the documents. Peckio is charged for the rape of the 13-year-old girl. In the document, the grandmother became aware of the sexual relationship after the parent of a friend of the 13-year-old girl found a note in which the she expressed concern she was pregnant.Peckio had been in a relationship with the 16-year-old sister and after they had broken up, according to the affidavit, began to text the younger girl. The court documents listed that Peckio and the 13-year-old had consensual sex on three different days in October. The note expressing concern for pregnancy was found in November. Peckio has not issued a statement at this time, according to the affidavit.
