Officials have opened an area of Highway 169 after a motorcycle wreck Wednesday morning.
Emergency paramedics were notified of the wreck before 7 a.m. after receiving word that a motorcycle had wrecked into a pickup truck. This was in the area of Highway 169 and the Broken Arrow Expressway.
KTUL learned that the motorcycle driver was coming off the BA to get onto 169 when it hit the side of a pickup truck. It went about 200 feet before it stopped after impact.
Officials stated that the unidentified driver was taken to the an area hospital. He is expected to recover from his injuries.
Traffic was diverted from the area as officers work to clear up the wreck. Cars were in a standstill during the shutdown.
