Parts of Skiatook were without power much of Saturday.
The power has now been restored, according to the City of Skiatook's Facebook page.
According to Grand River Dam Authority spokesman Justin Alberty, the repairs that the authority is responsible for have been made.
GRDA is the electrical service provider to the city.
A city of Skiatook Police employee told KTUL Saturday evening that power seemed to have been restored to much of the city, although calls indicated that there are still some residents without electrical service. After hours calls regarding outages are forwarded to the police department.
In addition to local residents, visitors from the surrounding area were affected by the outage when a basketball tournament had to be moved.
The Class 3A Area II basketball tournament had to be relocated to nearby Collinsville High School. The tournament decides which area school goes to the state championships.
