Sheriffs Department Clears Muskogee County Courthouse After Bomb Threat
Officers were at the Muskogee County Courthouse Monday morning after an anonymous caller phoned in a potential bomb threat.
It happened just after 10 a.m. when the District Attorney's office received word that a male individual was headed to the courthouse in downtown Muskogee.
Captain Brandon Caster with Muskogee County Sheriff's Department told KTUL.com that a female individual made the call and said the male had C-4 with him.
He also said that everyone at the courthouse was evacuated and OHP troopers and bomb squad were at the scene investigating.
Officials haven't released any further information.
