Oilers In 0-2 Hole In CHL Playoffs

The Tulsa Oilers face an extremely difficult task if they want to move on in the CHL Playoffs -- win three straight, including the next two on the road.It comes after Mississippi defeated the Oilers 3-1 Friday night in Game Two at the BOK Center. Despite going 0-for-9 on power play opportunities, the RiverKings sent Tulsa to its second straight loss.Mississippi scored two goals within 97 seconds in the opening period for a 2-0 lead.Tulsa got on the board with a Michel Beausoleil powerplay goal in the second and it remained 2-1 until Chris Richards added an empty netter late in the third to seal the win.Game three will be Sunday at 5:05 p.m at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi. Tulsa won three of five games played there this season and will have to win both Sunday and Tuesday in Southaven to bring the series back to Tulsa for Game Five on April ninth.
