An Okemah woman was pronounced dead on scene of a one-vehicle accident Saturday at 7:39 a.m. on State Highway 56 in Okfuskee County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the vehicle struck a road sign to the right of the roadway, then swerved off the left side of the road after over-correcting.
The vehicle struck a fence and rolled around four and a half times, coming to rest on the driver side.
The driver was reportedly ejected eight feet south and four feet east of the vehicle's end location.
Kelli Beets, the driver, was 37-years-old. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
