      Work is returning to normal at the state capitol after the building was evacuated this morning due to a bomb threat.

      Lawmakers, staff and visitors emptied out into the parking lots surrounding the building in northeast Oklahoma City.

      The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has confirmed to KTUL.com's Oklahoma City affiliates that they investigated the threat and gave an all clear shortly before noon.
