Oklahoma State University Student Faces Additional Charge in Sexual Battery Case
An additional charge has been filed against an Oklahoma State University student involved in sexual battery case, Friday, January 4.
22-year-old Nathan Cochran is facing an additional charge of sexual battery. Cochran now faces a total of 4 counts of sexual battery.
According to the Oklahoma State Courts Network Web site, the incident took place August 11, 2012.
The former OSU fraternity member is accused of assaulting at least five FarmHouse pledges in Stillwater and Tahlequah in 2011 and 2012. The allegations include groping, oral sex and rape.
Cochran has pleaded not guilty in December and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 7.
